Act-On had reached out because their process of integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM was going to be rendered obsolete because of a planned UI and security protocol deprecation. I individually coded the fix ahead of the deprecation deadline, documented the promotion process, and re-established the broken integrations for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments that Act-On supported (e.g. MS Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 365).
